Cancellation & Refunds

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for all orders placed with The Seventh Sip through online payment methods.

Effective date: April 8, 2026

1. Cancellation before preparation

Orders can be cancelled without any charge only before food or beverage preparation starts. To cancel, contact us immediately on WhatsApp or phone.

2. Cancellation after preparation starts

Once preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible because ingredients and production costs have already been incurred.

3. Eligible refund cases

  • Duplicate payment charged for the same order.
  • Order accepted but not delivered due to our operational issue.
  • Wrong item, missing item, or quality issue reported within 30 minutes of delivery.

4. Non-refundable situations

  • Incorrect address, contact number, or pickup/drop details provided by customer.
  • Delay caused by events outside our control, including severe weather or campus restrictions.
  • Change of mind after order is prepared and dispatched.

5. Refund timeline and mode

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Bank and payment partner processing can take 5 to 7 business days after approval.
