We currently serve selected campus and nearby locations within approximately 600 to 700 meters of our operating hub.
2. Delivery timeline
Typical preparation and delivery takes 15 to 35 minutes, depending on order volume, campus traffic, and weather conditions.
3. Delivery charges
Applicable campus service or delivery charges, if any, are displayed clearly at checkout before you complete payment.
4. Pickup details
You are responsible for selecting the correct drop point and being reachable on the phone number provided during order placement.
5. Failed delivery attempts
- If you are unreachable, our team will attempt to contact you.
- Repeated failed contact may result in order cancellation without refund for prepared items.
- Freshness and food safety standards may require disposal of undelivered perishable orders.
6. Delays and force majeure
Unexpected delays may occur due to rain, traffic, campus access restrictions, system outages, or other events beyond our control.
